One of my favorite low carb & low calorie staple in my diet is the Josephs Pita. At only 60 calories and 4 net carbs (8 carbs less 4 dietary fiber), it is a great choice to stuff with any lean meat and veggies. I also split the pita in half, brush it lightly with olive oil and Italian seasoning, and toast it for a filling snack. My own version of pita chips that is low carb and low calorie!
