I found a great blog that I started to read. It is a low carb dieter that offers not only great suggestions and tips but also includes week long meal plans and grocery shopping list. I am starting to do Low Carb way of eating again as this is what provided the best results. I need to drastically lose the 10lbs that came on after the holidays.
