It's that time of the year again.... Most everyone takes the new year as an opportunity to make changes in their life. I am no different, hoping to meet a few goals in 2017.
1. Healthy happy weight - after having lost almost 100lbs, I have gained some weight back. I am very unhappy with my personal appearance and I am trying to get back to my happy number.
2. Along with eating healthy, I also want to try to work out at least 3 times per week. I started a weight training class which meets twice a week. I had previously attended these classes but due to family issues, I stopped attending.
3. Lastly, I want to improve my spiritual life by becoming more involved in my church.
Hoping to tackle these goals with small steps...
